Payment Policy:

Prices are shown by default in your local currency. Prices seen on our website can be converted to different currencies by selecting in the navigation menu.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Defective/Damaged Product

Customers have 30 days from delivery to notify us if your product/s are defective/damaged upon receipt of the items. Photographic evidence of the product defect or damage is required. Please send us a message or email us at support@bopshu.com and we will assess the claim and respond. If the claim is substantiated, we will offer either a replacement or full refund.

Returns

Returns are eligible for 30 days from delivery for all product/s. Please send us a message or email us at support@bopshu.com if you would like to return your product/s for a refund. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Cancellation on Orders

In the event you wish to cancel your order, you MUST contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. 

Be advised that any cancellations requested after 1 hour of completion of purchase may be too late to cancel if the shipping/processing time has been initiated.

Amendments to Orders

If you wish to amend an order, you MUST contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. All efforts will be made to accommodate your request after this time however it may not be possible if shipping/processing has been initiated.
